How We Began
In 2015, our founder noticed something troubling in the pet care industry: many services treated animals as transactions rather than individuals. Dogs were walked in large impersonal groups, cats received minimal interaction during sitting visits, and special needs animals often struggled to find appropriate care.
We set out to create something different. Starting with just three clients and an abundance of patience, we built our reputation through word of mouth. Pet owners appreciated that we remembered their rabbit's favourite hiding spots, knew which routes their anxious dog preferred, and understood that some cats need twenty minutes of quiet presence before they warm up to a visitor.
Today our team has grown, but our approach has not changed. Every staff member undergoes extensive practical training alongside their formal certifications. We believe that understanding animal behaviour on a deep level separates adequate care from exceptional care.
